New Entry Requirement: Online Traveler Entry Form

Starting from 15th March 2021, travelers who will be arriving in Turkey by air travel must fill in the "Traveler Entry Form" on "register.health.gov.tr" within 72 hours before their trip. When the form is filled in, a HES code will be created for a traveler, who will be able to use this code during their travel and accommodation in Turkey.
Airline companies will check paper copy or screenshot of the form prior to flight.
