H.E. Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs will hold consultations with H.E. Mr. Aleksandr Pankin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on 5 October 2023 in Ankara, on issues related to international economic organizations, particularly the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC).
